1. General Return Policy

  • Custom Products: As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences such as size, color, or style. Please double-check your selections before finalizing your purchase.

  • Non-Custom Products: For any non-custom items, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@vibroprintstudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo and description of the issue.

  • Resolution Options: Upon verification, we offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

4. Unsuccessful Delivery

  • Incorrect Address: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can resend the product at an additional shipping cost or offer a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Print Placement and Quality

  • Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items, a slight variation in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) may occur and is not considered a defect.
