DMCA Copyright Dispute Policy

Vibroprint Studio DMCA Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Vibroprint Studio has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who infringe the copyright of others. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to any infringing material hosted on our servers.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements:

If you believe that any material available on or through Vibroprint Studio infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, please provide the following information to our Designated Agent, whose contact details are listed below:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is being infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted works or materials being infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the Vibroprint Studio platform, with sufficient detail to permit Vibroprint Studio to locate the material.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement:

Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification is Received by the Designated Agent:

Upon receipt of a proper notice of copyright infringement, Vibroprint Studio reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
  • Terminate such user's access to the service if they are a repeat infringer.

Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent:

If you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or you believe you have the right to post and use such material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within London, England, or if your address is outside of the United Kingdom, any jurisdiction in which you may be found.

Please note that Vibroprint Studio will, in its discretion, send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that it may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider accused of infringing.
