Vibroprint Studio Return Guidelines

At Vibroprint Studio, we create unique, high-quality merchandise through Printify's print-on-demand service. Since each item is made specifically for you, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.

General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for preferences such as size, color, or style. Please ensure you select the correct options when ordering.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Submit a clear photo of the issue, and we will offer a free reprint or a refund to your original payment method or account balance, depending on the currency used. To expedite the process, use our Submit Issue form.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or store credit within 10 business days. Store credit may be offered depending on your preferences.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided, we can either resend the product at additional shipping costs or offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Print Placement and Quality

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) items, slight variations in print placement are possible, with a 0.5" tolerance. These are not considered defects.
